Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park developed by PHN Group is one of the finalists of The MIPIM Awards 2021 International Competition

Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park project developed by Polski Holding Nieruchomości Group in Gdynia became one of the four finalists nominated for the prestigious award of the Le Marche International des Professionnels de L immobilier (MIPIM) Awards 2021 international competition in the Best Cultural and Sports Infrastructure category. Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park will compete for the main prize with projects from Nicosia in Cyprus, Rezekne in Latvia and Colorado Springs in the USA.

The winners of the competition in each category will be announced in early September at the official gala during the most important global real estate fair - MIPIM in Cannes. Prizes are awarded in 12 categories, and the competition itself aims to honor the most outstanding, unique and innovative real estate projects in the world, both completed and being planned. The prizes have been awarded since 1991. This year, 172 projects from 36 countries were submitted to the competition. The final included two projects from Poland. Apart from Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park, Elektrownia Powiśle will also compete for the award.

In Gdynia, we have managed to create a unique, elegant and state-of-the-art complex on a European scale, which has transformed part of the city into a lively seaside district, open to its residents, tourists and sailors. We are very happy to hear that our efforts have been recognized in such a prestigious and important competition as MIPIM, said Marcin Mazurek, President of the Management Board of Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

Yacht Park & Marina Yacht Park is a project situated on the Molo Rybackie pier in Gdynia. It consists of a complex of six high-class apartment buildings with a promenade, boutiques, restaurants and a modern marina, which thanks to its design, equipment, stringent technological and environmental standards, and solutions adapting it to the needs of disabled people sets a world-class standard in its category.

Other investments nominated this year for the MIPIM award in the Best Cultural and Sports Infrastructure are: Cyprus International University Masterplan, Sports Complex and United States Olympic & Paralympic Museum.
